For calculation of Fees for DIN-3 the system asks for date of event in the mca portal pls suggest me what should I mention there -should I need to mention DIN Allotment date or Date on which DIN Submitted by the director? thanks in advance to all the members of CA Club
For DIN-2 -it is within 7days the director to inform company about his allotment of DIN
For DIN-3 - it is within 30days the Company has to inform ROC about the DINs of Directors.
There is no requirement of filing of DIN 2 and 3 if the appointment of a Director is made on and after 1 July.
