One director of my private company's designation in DIN record is additional director
and he has Digital signature certifiate(DSC).
Can he sign digitally on eform 32, 20, 23,18 etc. of my company by his DSC?

Hi
If such additional director is already appointed in your company, then DSC of such director can be used for such company in any forms where hi/she is authorised to sign.
So, if he is authorised, then he can sign, Form-18, 20, 23 or 23 by DSC.
