Digital signature of Approving authority is not appearing

that is the system generated digitally signed certificate which does not required signature on it. Every Registered person is receiving that certificate with blank signature column. So, you don’t need to worry and no action is required from your side.

But sir bank is not accepting the certificate because their digital platform is not accepting the certificate without digi signatures
