Digital share certificate
Is it possible to issue digital share certificate ? If so, kindly share the related provision...

It is just like buying digital gold bonds etc. you have to do that thing called as moa or something declaring issue of digital shares by filling out forms I guess
what is moa? can you explain a little?
Sorry for not being clear. It isn’t moa but MCA. You have to fill an MGT form like no. 14 to issue securities. So contact them and find out what form is required. https://www.indiafilings.com/learn/mgt-14/
