Quick Summary
This discussion explores the possibility of issuing digital share certificates, drawing parallels to digital gold bonds. It clarifies that the relevant authority is the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) in India, not MOA. To issue securities digitally, specific forms like MGT-14 need to be filed. Further guidance on the exact form required can be obtained by contacting the MCA.

It is just like buying digital gold bonds etc. you have to do that thing called as moa or something declaring issue of digital shares by filling out forms I guess

what is moa? can you explain a little?

Sorry for not being clear. It isn’t moa but MCA. You have to fill an MGT form like no. 14 to issue securities. So contact them and find out what form is required. https://www.indiafilings.com/learn/mgt-14/
