Difficulties in filling gstr 1

I am an advocate Tax consultant. In case of my Client who is registered in vat since 10 years old .Commercial Tax Deptt.feeded pan no of Director of co. instead of Pan of Company.Therefore GSTN issued registration in the name of Director instead of Comapny Name. about this mismatching told to local authority and complaint to GSTN but no response from GSTN.

At last Local authority said to apply for fresh registration. My client appllied new registration and got as on 26.07.2017. In between he made sale from 01.07.2017

Now at the time of filling of GSTR-1. GSTN portal is not accepting the sale made  from 01.07.2017 to 25.07.2017. GSTN is accepting sale from 26.07.2017.

So, Pl. advise to me what should I do
