Kindly guide me on following metioned query:
Is it permissible under law for a any company to manufacture and sale goods from Maharastra, while it is registered with Sales Tax Department of Uttar Pradesh and raising sales invoices with VAT TIN of Uttar Pradesh.

If you are selling goods from maharashtra then u must register with sales tax dept of maharashtra also.
