Difference between verification of answer books and recounti

What ICAI does is "Verification of marks" meaning checking whether the marks alloted by the examiner were correctly totalled by him, and were correctly copied to the electronic records. Recounting is a part of that, but only totalling of the front summary page of the answer sheet.

They do not open the answerbook at all for any reason whatsoever.

I got 55 marks in SFM in May 2011 CA Final examination. Is it advisable to apply for verification of answer sheets? Is there any possibility to get 60 by this process?
