Can any one let me know the difference between the retailer & reseller as per the MVat Act.

retailer is the end seller in the trade chain who sells goods to the customer but a reselller is a middle dealer who may sell goods to dealers and customers .He is not the end in trade cycle.almost all bill or invoice prepared will be retail invoice for retailer but for a reseller the invoice prepared will moslty be tax invoice then retail invoice
