Is there any complication on GST portal between GSTR-2A monthly basis & Auto populated because auto populated shows less ITC than Monthly 2A.

Figures in GSTR-2A are auto populated based on filed/ saved / submitted Form GSTR-1 of the
supplier taxpayer. But figures in monthly autopopulated Form are auto-populated only on the basis of filed Form GSTR 1 by supplier

I've checked my all supplier return filling status in monthly 2A and all are filled than why difference is showing in 2a auto populated.
