thnx pankaj i was also thinkg for the same but still not getting the strong reason for doing it..
means how we we can say it must b covered under WC servie m having one more query how to determine st liability on ongoing project when contracot is received near around 80% of payment in advance n no service tax is collected yet as no saparate mention has been made in tander..
