can it be obtained by filing a RTI Application?

I can understand what u feelin now, but this is jus waste of tym and start preparing for the upcoming attempt.....!

Yes you can obtain it by making an application under RTI, Mumbai High Court has given a decision in favour of students where ICAI was ordered to give copies of Answer sheets copies Even Delhi HC has give a similar order & ICAI has lost the cases.

what process I will have to follow?

Make an Application under RTI demanding the details of documents which you require & Paste a 10/- Court Fee stamp, Fill the RTI application form ( You Can get the RTI Form Format from Google) Send it to the Information Officer ICAI  H/O Delhi/Noida & Be sure you will get a reply. It is adviced in your favour that since you are sending this to ICAI & ICAI is very adament in dealing with RTI applications Pls send the Print out Copy of Mumbai HC Judgements & Other quotes Which you can find on Google By searching ( ICAI Copy of Answer sheets or RTI For C A Answer sheets etc. . . ) You can search better & Be sure you have to get your copies / Reply within 30 days as this is the Official time limit under RTI failing which the concerned officer is personally & Individually Answerable & liable penalty & other consequences

Even though you have applied under RTI, You please apply for revaluation also, so incase if there is any change or also if you find any change to your favour when you get your copies, this application for revaluation will be helpful for your claim for change of results, Else if you have not applied for revaluation ICAI will say that they have supplied you the papers copies as demanded under law but since you have not applied for revaluation & thereby change of results if happens, they will technically for non application of revaluation shall not change your results, I hope you got a clear meaning of what i want to tell you

hiiii..... plz tel me Neeraj the RTI form which v get on screen aftr searchng on google, dat u hav sent to icai institute....if yes whethr it shud b sent to new delhi"s address only or wat & wat r othr doc dat shud b send along wid.....do rep

It should be sent to the Chief Information Office at the H/O of ICAI Indraprastha Marg New Delhi

Its of no use...one case is still pending in the delhi high court since 2005. Decision is yet to come. Its better to file a revaluation application and pray to GOD. Rest all is in either GODs hands or the Institutes hands.
