on 25 sep 2019 I had filled an application for the refund of cash due to inverted tax structure rfd01A , at that time the process was for personally appearance before the authorities.
which is still pending for the process .
can I revoke that application at this stage
please guide me

After particular time the refund applied amount will be credited back to ledger and then you can apply for fresh RFD application of online settlement. i also applied for refund and submitted particulars of hard copies to the office by courier but they repeatedly asking me the same document again and again. after few months i got my refund back to the same ledger.
Contact your jurisdictional officer Authorized to sanction refund.
