I suggest cost centres instead of creating separate ledger accounts ! If you really think your firm will expand in future, you better gotta be careful. Presently, consider entering such details in MS Excel, but you really need an application specifically built for educational institutions. I am employed as the Asst. Finance Manager of a huge educational institution. If you have any doubts you can 'private message' me. I am an expert in Tally.erp and MS Excel.
