Please tell me the VAT %age for computers in Punjab.

I don't know much about Punjab VAT. But as per Punjab VAT website, it is 5.5%.

I suggest cost centres instead of creating separate ledger accounts ! If you really think your firm will expand in future, you better gotta be careful. Presently, consider entering such details in MS Excel, but you really need an application specifically built for educational institutions. I am employed as the Asst.
