Vehicle maintaince with inventary items

Dear Sir,

Our company having 10 nos. (12) tyre vehicles, we are giving diesel to these vehicles dayafter day about 3000 liters. and we are using tally.erp 9 first time for accounting. kindly help us to how to pass entries tally for fuel consumption (not effecting in supplier ledger (i.e. sundry credtor)) and meanwhile how to maintain the inventary of stock itme: Diesel / Petrol / Lubricants. etc., with a good realtime example.
