nice article ... i wish to add my perception on it .... whenever i feel like giving up i feel the end result of giving up like if i am not serious about my studies and exams are in november and now just 57 days left ... i will think of result in january which will fail me if i continued like this just that thought for 5 mins charge me up and motivate me to study hard and increase my concentration level as well i knw this is a negative thinking apporach but i have always benefitted from it |

@ Ravi ji... So very true... So true... I mean I have not only used this on myself but also on others... I have always intimidated and frightened my friends by the thought of failure... And whoa... It works wonders...!!!
