Where to disclose a person is a partner of a firm under Tax Audit u/s 44AB in ITR 3 as it is showing Late Fees of Rs 1000 under 234F

Just change the due date to 30/09/2018 then Section 234F will not come...

As defaulty it takes the Due date as 31/08/2018...

Im using ITR excel format.. Can you tell in which sheet the due date can be modified..?

Download latest ITR utility from ITD. It's issued on or after 1st September 18...

Cannot change due date in ITR... You need to download latest ITR utility from the portal..
