we are Export oriented unit, we are exporting Gherkins, and also local sales,
our product,
1.Gherkins in acetic Acid, vinegar and brine solution.but not ready to human consumption.
We are raising the invoice HSN code 07114000.
we received GST notice for the period for 2017-18. main observation Claiming of wrong HSN code, officer is writing the notice HSN code is 20011000 this is the correct.
but in gst HSN code is 07114000 what is the correct HSN code.
Please rectify any one.
