I am going to attemp ipcc this may ...feeling really depressed...I feel that its too difficult and u would fail this attempt. I am trying to make myself happy but I m nt able to be happy.its really a worst situation I am facing.i am nt able to think positive...feeling low

Start exercising regularly for 30 min so that you sweat. Once you come into your own body, & thus in the present moment this way , certain harmones will secrete which will get you out of depression & make you energetic & confident.

There are two ways with you,

either,

1. Think of Positive Result and get Motivated Or

2. Think of Negative Result and get Depressed,

choice is yours.

 

Just think of results and moments that will be after clearing the exam, that itself will inspire you and will lead you to work hard to achieve your goal.

Spend half an hour for yourself daily i.e. listen music, watch TV, that will relax you..

 

Do never under estimate yourself, and think if others can do then why not me ??

But you know some people thinks that problem in their thinking but the truth is not is that problem is in working. These people creates such a situation that itself they come under into like Dipression.

If we comapre itself with the AUNT, we can learn lot of thing from them they build a building just to contineously working regardless of thinking that they can't do this.

If we people leaving thinking that we can't do it rather then we start working in our objective with little bit of practice we can do better and even get sucess

I telling you why are worried about the result, you have to do ur duty -just put ur 100% and wait for result. 

This is what all people should have to do 

Result are not within power of You but the hardship is within You

If u still fells that there is no improvements in ur situation then i think u make ur self busy with doing any thing and make some gud friends with whom u can share ur problema nad also study togather. 

one more suggestion, add this to your life

  • 20 minutes evening walk
  • 20 minutes listning favourate music
  • study in group with your friends
  • on weekends cook your favourate dish

Dears all Aplogo ne ye kahawat to suni hogi....Samjhadar ko samjhane ka matalb Hathi ko Chaddi penhnana...yahan bhi kuch esa hi hai....Irrespective of all things she is A Chartered Accountants Student. How u guys suggesting her ...in so easy ways ..Is she will be able to do this ?.

I m sory to say all this but the FACT is Kisi scientist ne kha tha if u will tell ur problem with other people there is following probability..

90% people suggest you as per their own opinion irrespective of ur problem 

9% people people give u suggestion that will not help you.

1% remaining might be in ur favour

So better is to find ur problm solution in ur own ways.

And one more thing that is.

I think you have lot of problem inspite of only problem i.e. Study.

Just move ur direction towards study u will get concentrate and fell better ...i think  motivation is required to students have dipressed by reading but motivation is not the solution of problem.
