Yes, block of assets in IT are depreciated as per WDV, & computers & peripherals are depreciated at 40%.

The Rate of Depreciation of Computers and Computer Software is 40% under W.D.V Method.

Can't Computer Softwares Like MS Office, Photoshop be a part of Computer Equipment
Yes, if the life period of the software is more than 1 year, otherwise its revenue expenditure i.e. debited to P&L acc.
