Can a Salaried Individual claim deduction of depreciation or maintenance expenses on Car or other assets out of salary income under any provision of IT Act

depriciation is calculated as per S.32 which is under head business and profession.therefore salaried  person cannot claim depriciation

No,Salaried employee can't claim deduction of Depriciation.
