Depreciation in ITR 3

I bought a scooty in 2017 , can I mentioned the actual purchase value of scooty in AY 2019-2020 in ITR 3??

Scooty is in my name and also used in business purposes. So in ITR 5 can I depreciated the value of scooty in balance sheet??

Yes you can provided you have not claimed input tax credit on it
