Dear Sir,
as a individual assessee to pay the school fees for his brother(minor). Shall we take this fees u/s 80 C.
Please guide me.

Dear sir,
we can not take tution fee of brother (mainor) under saction 80C of IT Act. only tution fee paid in respect of maximum two children of Assesse
