I wanted to know that if one has started a gold silver items, proprietary business. Do one have to register under DVAT in order make a sale or could you just make sales as a unregistered dealer without taxing. And till one reaches the compulsary registeration turnover.
for not to face any inconvienance, you should have to registered with DVAT without reach mandatory limit.!!
But if u dnt want to register, then you can registered after getting limit specified by the DVAT deptt.
its been 15 days inspector has yet not visited , should i visit deptt or wait.
