If You purchase & sale within Delhi than charged CGST & UTGST
however they follow sgst rules
read definition of union territory in utgst act....you will know the answer.....Delhi and panduchery are not ut as per that definition.(the reason is that both of these ut have their own assembly unlike other uts)
