Delhi cancelled dealers since we number restoration process

Dear mr. Neeraj,

Go to your respective ward at sales tax office at ITO, with an application regarding the restoration of TIN. but i fear there may be hefty fine in this regard. If posible create a new firm & apply for fresh tin number.

you have to file objection under DVAT-38 online (if only cancellation order u/s 11 is issued to you online) after dealer login...

then after submitting your objection, you should present in front of your concern ward VATO.

If he justifies, then your TIN will be active by him.

I am sorry to comment. I have seen CA are just directing the business owner to get a new VAT / CST registration as of creating new email ids on free webservers like gmail.

There should be a proper process knowledge sharing to get every issue resolved.

How many times will a business owner go for a new registration.

We all know that registration under VAT and CST si the simplest thing, the business man seeks support when he is in trouble.

This is not a solution but pushing them in drain.

Pl dont suggest such solutions.
