Delete Form 112

Hi nirbhay I am facing the same problem my college is also not providing any cancellation latter please tell me what did you do to cancel form 112

 I filled the articleship form for the first time when my collage was going on, there were 2-3 months left for it to end, then I applied for form 112, but due to the distance being too much, my form 112 was not approved, then I got my article ship form 103 cancelled from the principal and now my class is over, then I am applying for articleship on another commencement date, but for this, form 112 will have to be cancelled first, so what process should I follow please provide me solution for it.

Can You Delete the Form?

Short Answer

No, you cannot delete Form 112 yourself from the ICAI portal.
There is no button for students to delete the form once submitted.

Why?

• The record is stored in ICAI’s student database.

• Even if principal did not approve it, the entry still exists as a submission.

• Only ICAI/RO can remove or cancel it.

What You Should Do

Option 1 — Contact Your Regional Office (RO)

Because the form is showing pending before RO, the RO has the power to cancel or close that form.

You must send a written request to the RO asking for cancellation of Form 112 on these grounds:

• You did not complete BCom.

• You left BCom and did not attend classes after starting articleship.

• The principal did not approve the form.

Where to send:

• Email or upload through the student dashboard

• Attn: Examinations / Registration division

• Regional Office of ICAI where your student record is maintained

Include:

• Your ICAI registration number

• A clear request to delete/cancel Form 112

• Supporting declaration that BCom was discontinued

• Any proof you have (college notice, transcriptt, etc.)

Requested the same through letters , RO rejected form 112 after supporting documents, college letter on letterhead and employer service letter working as article assistant. Now system is not asking for resubmit. Issue resolved. Form 108 approved by Ro by rejecting form 112 with remarks Rejection letter duly signed by student and employer.
