i have not filled my it return for the f.y. 2008-09 now i am filling it under section 11 but it is giving errror of due date, i tried for section 12 but still it is giving error. please let me know under which section i should filed the IT return

YOU CANNOT RETURN FILE FOR THE A.Y 2009-10 NOW .
THE DUE DATE WAS 31.3.2011

yes, time limit for delayed return shall be within one year from the end of relevent assessement year, or before completion of assessement whichever is earlier,
here for fy 2008-09, due date shall be 31st march 2011

You can't file the return for F.Y.2008 -2009 ( until you have received a notice from department to file the ITR)
Now you can not file Beleated Return u/s 139(4) for Assessment Year 2008-09,last date was 31-03-2011.

If possible get notice u/s 142(1) from the ITD. How you get is your effort?
Best solution is keep your income within exemption slab. Do not file Return. If notice is received you can simply reply since exempted not filed. Otherwise you will have to pay penalty plus tax plus interest on tax.
Due Date for filing the Return was over by 31.03.2011 itself. You Can't File the IT Return.
