Delay in ROC Filing for a Pvt Co.

Hi,

 

Can any one please tell the consiquences of not filing any documents with ROC for a Pvt. Co. since its inception (3 years now). Also, what are the filings which needs to be done with ROC for a pvt co.

Please read Schedule X of the Companies Act with amendement made by MCA on 22.11.2010 by issue of Circular.

Hi,

In your case the Court has the power to order for winding up your co.

You need to file Balance sheet and P&L and Annual return as well for all 3 yrs. If any changes is there in directors or adress then accordingly you need to file each and every form.

 

Any other opinion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
