Pls clarrify me regarding the following
One of my client (Pvt. Ltd. Company) did not file annual returns since from its incorporation i.e., from ten year. Can anybody tell me the what are all consequences ? Now can i rectify the defualt by filing all ten years Balance sheets and P&L a/cs. Whether there are any additional steps to be taken before filing all tens annual returns.
Pls clarify me.

You should check the contents of Company Law Settlement Scheme 2011.

While you go through Company Law Settlement Scheme, start filing at the earliest. The fees for filing the accounts and annual returns is also less.

Hello Sir,
The Company has defaulted in Annual Filing for Ten years.the only recourse in this case is that file all the forms and for which Company has to pay additional fees.
There are many Companies who has defaulted in Annual filing, for which Ministry has come up with Company Law settlement scheme wherein a Company will be charged only 25% of the additional fees.
You can avail this opportunity.it is valid til 15th December, 2011.

While going through circular59 it was mentioned that the said scheme will not be applicable for
Form 23Ac,ACA, 20B, 21A & 66.

Hello Dhananjay...
mark the words of the circular carefully it says:- Point No 2(vii) clearly states that
The scheme shall not be applicable to forms other than following forms:-
Form 20B
Form 21A
Form 23AC and Form 23ACA
Form 66
This means the scheme is application for defaukt in the forms of annual filing only.
Hope my clarifiaction will suffice your purpose.

Madam Could you pls send me EFORM of appllication for grant of immunity under CLSS 2011.
where as i found in MCA site, EFORM of the same under CLSS 2010.

under the Easy Exit Scheme (EES), 201.
But i need EFORM for applying under company law settlement scheme 2011
