defective notice
the aseessee has not filled audit report for fy 2017-18 even though it's receipt was more than 1 crore..the assessee has received notice for defective return..please guide what to do now? can I file audit report now and if yes thus it raise any penalty?

Yes, return to be rectified as per suggestion. Penalty may be initiated by ITD for late filling of report.
sir penalty amount will be notified later by department?
