Our company has filed its Form 23AC & ACA after the due date for filing these forms for the year ended 31-03-2008 but the in MCA Portal- veiw master data it is shown as defaulting company for not filing for 23 AC & ACA. Please guide me on how to rectify the same. .

Pl. file all forms up to 31.03.2010, after that only it will be get removed from the defaulters list.
pl. ensure tha t the following forms are filed in respect of your co.
Form 66 (compliance certificate) if applicable
Form 23AC and ACA
Form 20B (schedule V)
Your company has been defaulted for Annual filing since last thee consecutive years, so it is showing default in mca portal. So filed all the years Form 23Ac, 23ACA, Form 20B( Schedule V) and Form 66 if applicable to remove the default list.
But we have filed all the forms; Then what is the point in filing the forms again; we have the challans for payment of the fees. . do not know why is it still showing a default....
Can anybody show (format) from 20 B(scheduleV)??
