Deemed Rent is taxable under the Income Tax Act. 1961. Is there are provision regarding the same under Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958?

There is nothing called deemed rent in income tax act. Only when you have more than one house property example 2 then one is treated as self occupied and one is deemed to let out property
