If director having not less then 10 percent voting power in pvt ltd company and get loan from that pvt ltd company then it is deemed dividend.. . . . . Wait for more reply so that more clarrification come. . .
As i understand - first flat pur by company and then it is taken by director and director paid for this by taking loan from that pvt ltd company. If my understing is right then as per my first comment it was deemed dividend. Wait for more reply
