Deed of constitution- urgent..?? help !!

You can amend the existing partnership deed by mentioning the name of retiring & new partners with the concent of existing partner. As you said your existing partnership deed was unregistered you can register the later deed by paying 500stamp fees. 

CAN I NAME THE DEED CONSTITUTION DEED AND ON WHICH STAMP PAPER .... I HAVE TO MADE IT????

No you should name it as DEED OF AMENDMENT, because your firm has already been constituted. The payment of stamp means you can buy Rs. 500/- STAMP PAPER from the court and print the first page of new  DEED OF AMENDMENT on it. other pages can be of green colour leagal page

I HAVE AN FORMAT OF AMENDMENT DEED CAN I FOLLOW THIS I AM ATTACHING THE FILE YOU PLEASE VIEW IT AND I HAVE STAMP PAPER OF RS. 200 CAN I PRINT THIS DEED ON THAT STAMP PAPER????

No dear in my view that format is not needed please .....Refer the format attached here with. I am not sure about the 200/- Stamp paper.
