sir I get HRA 2500.
now can I get deduction under 80GG .
my HRA is calculated under total income.
my monthly income is 60000.

80GG is not applicable in your case as you are receiving HRA. If you are receiving HRA or Accommodation from employer then 80GG is not applicable
