Have health insurance policy
Have medical bills and health polocies
Advised to stay off from claiming such unsupportive deductions

There are less than 0.01% chances for getting notices from department but it is advisable to keep sufficient proof

There are very less chances of receiving notice in this regard.
However it is advisable to be honest and have all relevant proofs and supporting documents for availing deductions.
Income tax returns for scrutiny are choosed on the basis of information you fedded in your income tax return.

if you do not have last transaction to your bank account or any trading transactions in stock market and you have a very less income in itr . 5 example your ITR is up to 5 lakh.

THERE ARE ALMOST NO CHANCES FOR ASSESSMENT
