Deduction u/s. 80c for tuition fees

Deduction U/s 80C is available on payment basis, irrespective of the period it is related to, therefore tuition fee paid by you in FY 2013-14 can be considered for dedution in the same FY 2013-14 i.e. in AY 2014-15.

Agree with Ms. Shruti, you can get deduction on payment basis.

yes you can claim it during the A,Y, 2014-15 WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

Deduction under section 80 C is available on payment basis.  Fees may be related to any period.
You can't calim deduction of AY 14-15.
File revised return of AY 13-14 & claim fees in that return.
