I want to known Deduction of 80G can be given to employer to employee or not.

80G DEDUCTION IS GIVEN FOR APPLYING INCOME TO TRUST OR OTHER GOOD CAUSE.

I THINK YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT PROVIDING DETAILS TO EMPLOYER.

U MAY OR MAY NOT PROVIDE DETAILS.

BUT WHILE FILING ITR FURNISH ALL THE DETAILS SO THAT YOUR TAX LIABILITY BECOME LESS.

Dear Sir, Our Company have proprietorship One employee have given for receipt of Donation to written in receipt claim u/s 80G/g/(5)(vi)Rs. 20000/- Employee has tax liability Rs. 1000/- What to do ? as an accountant. TDs is deducted or not. have claim get 80g or not.
