I took LIC plan whose annual premium is 44000.
can I claim 100% deduction on 44000 under Sec 80C

Chapter VIA DEDUCTION CAN BE AVAILED SUBJECT TO THE PREMIUM AMOUNT.

You can claim deduction for premium only if it is less than or equal to 10 percentage of sum assured

No I do not think so.
That rule is a seperate one and cut off date is different.
