Whether Interim Dividend declared in BOD Meeting require the approval of Shareholders in AGM?or Board suo-muto declare Interim Dividend?
Further, Pls. provide agenda for declaring Interim Dividend in the BM.

Board of Directors can declare interim dividend and no shareholders approval is required.In AGM interim declared by the Directors will be ratified.
