Is there any format for declaration for loan from director to a company?
Can declaration be taken prior to giving loan, if yes wil the declaration state.. I shall be lending the money?
Is date and place necessary in such declaration ?

No specific format required.. Only have to mention that the loan given is out of the saving and income earned and not by taking loan from others
Just 2 liner declaration that, This money is from his own fund.
1. Declaration shall be given before giving loan.
2. Practically date should be there on declaration.
