U should decide ur own future.....Dont get depressed......The entire thing u have posted shouts for itself that u r getiing depressed.......Think postively........Bad times are actually ur testing times in life n not exams.......Remember for urself.....u were good at school,college........so wat happened to tat???.....The only thing tat has changed is ur "ATTITUDE".......Think positive......Feel Good about yourself.......u have given only three attempts.......people are there who are in worser conditions than u.....feel lucky to be in a better position......who knows u clear pe2 in the fourth attempt and final in 1st attempt.....people are also there who have done like this.....dont quit now.....this will lead u nowhere........listen only what u want to listen from people.......leave other things......have the guts to face thhis TEST........n u will reap the fruits for sure

 You really need to divide your life and rule it,

right now you need two things

1) job

2) Studies..

Do the job during the day, 

Come home and start preparing for one group and concentrate on it.

In my consideration appear for the exam once again.

in CA articleship is there, so u have to choose btw one CA or job.

one more attempt and you do not clears join correspondance MBA or other corresponcance course and continue another job.

Dont lose confidence as PE2 is not such a big task.First clear your Pe2 exam,after that you will have to undergo article training .......there you will learn the whole work of CA ..................after that you can earn Rs.10000-15000 after completing articleship easily even if you could not complete final.

So please try to pass PE 2 First.

appear for both groups of pe2 in june 09. Give ur 100 % . and see what happens.study hard and have faith in urself. for income tax concentrate on amendments.

you are working with a CA as an articleship  So  you can earn Rs.10000-15000 easily & after that Come home and start preparing for one group and concentrate on it.

thanks friends for your valuable time but I want to know whether it is possible for one to do the job of a CA which is analytical and requires knowledge when he is poor in data entry job which is simple and requires no extra knowledge.

I am not afraid of doing hard work in studies as I have been good in school and college but I face challenges in jobs which are simple like doing simple data entry. I face challenges in clerical job. I cannot understand why but I find too many errors in my data entry work. This has demoralised me and haunts me evey time I sit for studying.

Thanks guys, your comments are really encouraging, I can study properly when i will be satisfied that being poor in clerical job does not put check on you to become a successful CA. so any body can guide me! I will really appreciate

plz yar itni negativity mat laao apne ander.. i m also an article and my second PCC attempt will b in June2009.. when i couldn't clear my first attempt my CA in the office told me that  he had cleared his PE2 in 4th attempt and final in 2nd attempt.. mai srf itna kahna chahti hu k plz himmat mat haro.. think positive.. dekhna tumhe success jarur milegi.. and plz plz apne ander ki negativity nikal do.. fr sab theek hone lagega.. take care

Just see my story.

I have completed my graduation in 1992. After that i have joined CA Article 1999. During this period i worked for to support my family.

In 2001 i had completed First group in Inter and in May 2004 i had completed my II group. Now got married i have one kid also.

In 2005 i got the job in middle east. I appeared for my final exam group II from Nov 2007.

Nov 2007 & May 2008 my results are not favour to me. Now in Nov 2008 exam i thought i wrote well and i hope for possitive result. But i got 165 marks totally.

Some times i lose my confidence. But still ...I want to complete the course .. want to be CA.

I can take a decision to quit the job and sit for study. But due to financial problems and to look after my family i can't do that immediately.

Don't lose confidence and thing postively.

God will help you.

Karan now I would like to request you for not to loose hope. I too am going through a hard time infact I am writing this because I want you not to quit nor loose hope. Please for instance don't think of what u have lost or gain in life, what problems u have or what is your destiny. for destiny is nothing then the outcome of what u r doing right now, u may see people succeeding and feel that I am the only one to fail ? or why me ?but its not so, for you r the only one who used to believe in yourself at one time, you r the one who made someone feel proud for atleast a moment, and would be making someone proud of your own. feel that moment and try again. No one knows where and what destiny is. for many people loose everything when they feel they have achieved everything and you have to yet achieve what you dream for. Loosing and gaining is what life is. I had lost myself for suddenly I was about to collapse but somehow I am again standing as I have to. You too need to understand yourself. This is something that I am telling myself by telling you. Thanks buddy for this is what I do when I feel all down. But I will never quit and I have born to win and so will I - I request you the same never let the spark in you die for its only the spark that can make you feel alive. Spark - your feelings your dreams for yourself and your loved ones, they need not be your family members ,might be someone whom u have never seen. Live for hope. and your dreams not for earning money or for others dreams. 

NEVER loose heart - for I feel that it is the fear that is within us that it is a toug course, for instant think of your school days when you used to feel tough passing your 5 or 10th std. but you did there are many CA's who had failed in their school days, were dull and stupid for others but now they are CA's - Chartered Accountants. for me doing CA is not my goal but its just a step for getting my dreams come true and I will. Build up ur confidence for it doesn't mean thinking of how you can just complete this course all the time. Feel your desire and act on your dreams, stop bothering of the outside world for its nothing other than what you have created within yourself the outside world really does not have any meaning for even after loosing if you stand up its what will be seen, but if you loose and give up u will always have the feeling of - kash meine ye kiya hota. Please I request not to think of quiting. (JUST A FRIEND.)

dear karan,    please dont loose hope and have faith in yourself and god....even though u have tough conditions to face...face them with firmness....at this time u have to make yourself mentally strong and support yourself and ur family.....just work out ur schedule and dont entertain negative thoughts.....

What is this you are saying man.You have to be strong man, dont ever think of giving up life..

All this ups and downs comes and goes.

Now something seriously you need to do is...

Take Leave from Office for at least 2 days if you are still going. Give yourself privacy. Sit in front of mirror. Look at you and think where you stand today. What You wanted to do in life. Have you ever at least thougt of becoming CA with full confidence. Had you ever thought of how will I pass it. Did you make any study plan?. if yes did you stick to it. Where exactly you are lacking.. Is it questions are tough or you never studied or you are not able to concentrate. if you genually think and get these answar. You ll know where  the problem is, then accordingly make plan. you are left with only 2 month. I hope you ll defenetaly find some way.

To be bit harsh Karan you are only responsible for your plight. IT YOU AND ONLY YOU. Not your job, not your family, not your friends. 

You think ,only two month you have to strugle day and night and I am sure will get thourgh.

Now coming to your Job, remember one thing Its not only you who are doing job and study together. Almost all CA Student do job and study including me. So thats does not distinguish you from others. so dont think at all being self pity that you are studying as well as supporting your family. It will give you idea of giving excuse to yourself which is hurdle in your progress

You lost job no problem take in positive way. May be Its time for you to put full effort in Study and get rank which will be slap on those faces who laugh at you, and its all about self confidence man. Attand some interview you will gain some confidence More importand for Interveiw just prepare 100% what you written in your Resume. Make youself competent at least what you have written in your Resume. you should be able to answar that first. Than what you dont know say I dont know but I can learn and pick in short time. thats all the formula of getting job. See Employer call you for interveiw seeing your resume. thats mean he is looking for similar kind of profile. Usually if 60% profile match candidate is called for an interveiw 2nd he will see how confident you are of taking up job. You should be bold enough to ask him what kind of profile they are looking for. Then show your confidence that you can do it even if you dont know how to do it. I tell you only 20% of your Exp. count  in getting job. 80% is your confidence and attitude.

Study daily that will give you confidence too. In this website thousand of important files are there related to our subject make use of that.
