we hv supplied to our customers and from last 4 months he has not done payment. He had given us PDC ... same bounced due to insufficient fund.

No, you can't reverse GST

if the customer has taken itc on it and he has not paid such sum within 180 days from invoice then he has to reverse the itc taken in next month after expiry of 180 days.
You cannot reverses the gst paid
No you cannot ..... there is no such provision in GST
