death of one director out of two

at the time of filling form with mca for casual vacancy of director by death dont forget to attach death certificate in the dir-12 and as on same date appoint someone as director ,

and in form show first appointment then removal of director(casual vacancy).

Death of the director results in arrising of casual vaccancy of Directors. As per Section 161(4), casual vaccancy of the Director shall be filled by the Board of Directors within the period of 30 days from the date of casual vaccancy and such director shall hold the office till the time , the orignal Director should have been appointed.

Just pass the Board resolution in the Board meeting for appointment of new director in place of deceased director.
