Death benifit
I got some message from my friend that if i am paying income tax for last three years and in case I got an accidental death, My family will get 10 times of the average yearly income(for last three years) as accidental benefit. Is it true? kindly clarify and please guide how to avail the facility.

Means he is selling some product for which this is one of the requirement

IT department has never issued any such FATWA
There is no such provision in this act. And Income Tax Department has never issue any such notification. Beware of fake news..!
