There are provision of
1) Survey
2) Search & Seizure
The powers of Officers are very well defined in detail under these provisions.
I would advice to go through them, that will give u clarity
your question is not clarity
the dealer is individual or firm and the dealer is attract tax audit is turnover exeed the expemption limit or not
if attract tax audit maintain accounting records complusory if not maintained leavy penlty and cancel the dealer ship number
