We have hold two registration in the same name one is dealer and Mfg. Now we hve purchase one lot in dealer registration after the material received then only we will confirn that lot required in our manufacturing purpose, Now that lot transfer to manufacturing unit . what procedure will fallowed

I think you should raise invoice to manufacturing unit for transfer this lost.
You can raise a dealer invoice to manufacturing unit and transfer the goods.
