plz tell me that the dates specified by MCA of filling of returns are mandatory in nature or thes are only recommendations...........means can we file a return of a company whose name starts from say 'A' after 5th of oct.

no, those are only preferable dates, but u can file as u are comfortable bt within the law of companies act.

Annual Filing direction issued by MCA is recommendatory in nature, it is not mandatory to follow the same.

it is similar to IT Return,if u don't file the same in time be ready to pay for late filling charges
