Dear friends,
There's a company whose status on MCA shows as "dissolved".. can anyone tell me how can I find the date of dissolution of the same?

If the status of the relevant company is dissolved, it means that the name of company has been struck off from ROC. ROC issues a public notice for the same. You can check ROC circulars under MCA site.
Thanks for the reply Lisha..though I went through that circular of MCA mentioning names and CINs of d co.s whose name were struck off, but there were no dates mentioned..I need that specific date dear...
The date will be mentioned in the opening paragraph of that circular.
