Hi Friends
My client is HUF earning income more than Rs. 5 lakh for AY 13-14 , hence compulsorily required to Efile Income Tax return
But HUF PAN card does not mention Date of Incorporation on it hence i could not registered it online on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Plz reply me how do i get register the Above HUF for efiling
Use Date of Birth 01/01/0001 and register in IT website
1. Mentioned the date of birth in ITR as the date of birth of Oldest Child of my client.
2. Generated ITR and UPLOADED the same on Income tax website. Please note Income Tax department website do not match the date of birth in ITR with date of birth as per their records.
3. Downloaded ITR acknowledgement. -
Faced Same Problem Recently
Now you thinking how to open ITR acknowledgement, which requires password to open and password is combination Pan (in small letters) and date of birth.
In such cases we can use the date of birth as 01/01/0001 so if Pan is AAAAA0000A then Password to open the ITR acknowledgement will be aaaaa0000a01010001. -
